¿Y si aprendemos a vivir sin fastidiar a otros?

La vida sería mucho más sencilla si todos entendiéramos una simple regla: si no ayudas, no opines; si no aportas, no estorbes; si no sumas, no restes. La gente feliz está ocupada, no molesta ni estorba.

¿Por qué cuesta tanto dejar vivir al otro en paz? A veces parece que hay personas cuya misión en la vida es criticar, juzgar y lanzar malas vibras sin razón alguna. Si tu vida no es como quisieras, lo siento, pero no descargues tus frustraciones sobre los demás. Nadie merece cargar con esa negatividad.

Las redes sociales están llenas de ejemplos: críticas disfrazadas de opiniones "bien intencionadas", quejas constantes y una supuesta corrección moral que en realidad es pura envidia. Y sí, todos notamos a esas personas que miran de reojo lo que haces, te espían desde sus cuentas y siempre encuentran algo para desaprobar.

Pero, ¿qué pasaría si enfocaran toda esa energía en construir algo positivo? En lugar de criticar, apoyar. En lugar de restar, sumar. Cada uno tiene derecho a avanzar, a crear y a ser feliz. Si no puedes aplaudir a alguien, simplemente sigue tu camino sin hacer daño.

Este mundo ya tiene suficientes problemas. No seas uno más. Usa tu tiempo y tus talentos para algo que sume, para algo que deje una huella positiva en quienes te rodean. Te aseguro que todos lo agradecerán, y tú también te sentirás mejor.

La vida es más bonita cuando somos y dejamos ser.

Agradezco al silencio por haberme revestido de una madurez que sólo se fortalece con el tiempo. Al tiempo,  el legado de mis luchas, los pasos agrandados hacia cada sueño que parecía imposible y a los sueños, el haberme permitido ser grande, dentro de mi universo pequeño. 

Es que a veces Navidad es sólo eso… ser otra gotita agradecida cayéndose del aire hacia el gran océano de la vida, fluyendo en total agradecimiento. 

¡Felices Fiestas, gente maravillosa! Les deseo amor del bueno…

Confianza y madurez: Significan saber adaptarse a los tiempos, actuar desde una conciencia elevada, porque comprendes que todo lo que haces o dices debería contribuir a tu mayor bien y al bienestar de los demás. Si no es así, reflexiona.

Al crecer, aprendes a reconocer el momento perfecto para dejar atrás las mezquindades, el egoísmo y a las personas cuya mala energía puede enfermarte.

Aléjate de quienes muestran abiertamente su lado oscuro, aquellos que buscan siempre motivos para criticar y quejarse de TODO y de TODOS, sin aportar nada positivo, por el sólo placer de arruinarlos. También de quienes se esconden tras muros para lanzarte piedras, incapaces de decir la verdad de frente. ¡Huye de la gente cobarde!

Si no sabes aplaudir, al menos sigue la música… ¡no esperes aplausos de nadie! No vivas para otros; no hay nada más agotador que perder tu vida pendiente de lo que haga o deje de hacer la gente.

Sigue el ritmo marcado por las horas de tu valioso tiempo y no permitas que el bullicio del mundo apague tu luz bajo ningún concepto.

Confidence and maturity

They mean knowing how to adapt to the times and acting from a higher level of awareness, understanding that everything you do or say should contribute to your well-being and the well-being of others. If it doesn’t, it’s time to reflect.

As you grow, you learn to recognize the perfect moment to leave behind pettiness, selfishness, and people whose negative energy can harm you.

Distance yourself from those who openly show their dark side, always looking for reasons to criticize and complain about EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, contributing nothing positive but taking pleasure in ruining things. Avoid those who hide behind walls to throw stones at you, incapable of facing the truth. Run from the cowardly!

If you don’t know how to applaud, at least follow the rhythm of the music… and don’t expect applause from anyone! Don’t live for others; there’s nothing more exhausting than wasting your life focused on what others do or don’t do.

Follow the rhythm marked by the precious hours of your time, and never let the noise of the world dim your light.

Take a moment to breathe. Reflect on what is happening around the world right now. What do you see? Chaos, madness, catastrophes, beauty? Perhaps everyone sees the same things, but they process them differently; some see the world they dream of, while others see it as beyond repair.

Each person creates the reality they dream of within themselves. How it affects them, what they allow…

Sometimes, the time comes to look inward, deep into our internal chaos: What are we doing for ourselves, and how are we allowing the outside world to affect us?

There are those who let everything slide off them, experts in indifference. Others lament everything, beat their chests in sorrow, but fail to make the effort to look beyond the disorder and become the difference.

Which side are you on? Are you the villain, the fool, the hero, or the indifferent one? Who are you?

If you are being true to yourself, congratulations! You are among the few who have dared to be brave and show their face in a world where many live bound to a mask, constantly seeing a distorted image of their inner self.

I ask you to take a moment to look at yourself and reflect: What does the world need from you? Does what’s happening bother you? Do you desire a different reality? I applaud you for answering with awareness! Recognizing your humanity is the first step toward breaking through the shadows, mediocrity, and indifference.

Now, I’m not asking you to feel superhuman. You don’t have to take to the streets and protest against everything. You don’t need to wear your heart on your sleeve for people to know you’re pained by what’s happening. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself that you can give to the world—that is a gift to the world!

Happy people do not harm, honest people do not steal, those who are at peace with themselves do not start wars, those who heal their anger do not hurt or kill. Likewise, those who are content with what they have do not sabotage or envy. Only those who lack something suffer its absence, and this is reflected in how they treat others.

The chaos you see in this world doesn’t depend on the eyes with which you see it, but on the eyes with which you see yourself.

You are the crystal through which the world is seen! The reality we live in is a reflection of you, of each one of us. So, I ask you: What are you doing to change the world? Are you looking in the right direction?
