Querida alma,

Este año 2025 aprendiste, a la mala, que nada permanece. Todo se cae, se derrumba o se destruye. Las personas mueren y te dejan en un limbo, nadando contra un silencio que cuesta reconocer y aún más nombrar.

Los amigos cambian de piel. Empiezan a parecerse a esas víboras de las cuevas desérticas, alimentando un veneno invisible que se cuela en el aire. Muchas veces no lo ves venir, hasta que quema, hasta que arde.

Viste caer tus lágrimas al unísono con imperios de arena, finanzas de piedra que se destruyeron o se desvanecieron para quienes pusieron su fe en un dios monetario y materialista, y para quienes sus crímenes horribles permeaban el manto de la luz pública y ya no pudieron esconderse. Muchos ídolos falsos vieron sus torres derrumbarse sin remedio.

Sí, todo muta. Todo cumple su ciclo y se cierra. Todo lo oculto cobra forma y sale a la luz, donde ya no puede esconderse.

Todo cambia, finaliza y se cierra y, a veces, lo único que nos queda es aprender, crecer y creer.

Siempre te crecerán ojos nuevos. Siempre quedarán en ti la experiencia y la marca del dolor, pero solo tú sabrás qué hacer con ellas. ¿Serás un ente de ruina, un alma incorruptible, alguien que aprendió la lección? ¿O vivirás para amargar la vida ajena, para quejarte lastimosamente y alimentarte sin descanso del rencor?

Solo tú puedes dar el salto cuántico. Hacer algo constructivo con la pena y el dolor del mundo. Romper la atadura que te une a la tristeza y no permitir que cercene lo bueno en ti.

Tú eres la roca, columna y cabeza de tu propio universo, y cuando te levantas de las sombras, los cimientos tiemblan. No hay tragedia, ni envidia, ni mal que pueda retenerte en un mundo de maldad y horror.

Aunque tus ojos vean el lado oscuro de la vida, aunque el agua te golpee y el mar se levante en tu contra, aunque no te queden fuerzas para nadar, permanecerás firme en la roca si sabes hacia dónde vas. No te rindas ante las embestidas. No te diré que lo que viene será mejor. Todo depende del cristal con que lo mires y de cómo forjes tu realidad y tu percepción. Todo lo bueno es posible. No has venido a este mundo a perder, porque tu mundo contiene todo y está disponible para tu mayor bien.

Yo sé que dentro de ti hay un ser auténtico queriendo ser libre, y esa libertad será lo que te haga verdaderamente feliz.

Te deseo un año nuevo lleno de cambios favorables. Fuerza para enfrentar los retos desde la madurez y la comprensión. Creo firmemente en la fuente infinita de amor y sabiduría que habita en ti. Creo en el poder de tu sonrisa para sanar tus espacios rotos y para enseñar a otras personas a sonreír.

Que la pena no opaque la luz que guardas. Que arranques el año 2026 lleno de propósitos cumplidos, de cadenas rotas, de palabras liberadas y de pasados dolorosos dejados en el camino, hacia el exilio de tu vieja realidad.

Dear Soul,

This year, 2025, you learned the hard way that nothing lasts forever. Everything falls, crumbles, or gets destroyed. People die and leave you in a limbo, swimming against a silence that is hard to recognize and even harder to name.

Friends shed their skin. They start to resemble those desert cave snakes, spreading an invisible poison that lingers in the air. Often, you don’t see it coming—until it burns, until it scorches.

You watched your tears fall in unison with empires of sand, stone finances that were destroyed or vanished for those who placed their faith in a monetary and materialistic god, and for those whose terrible crimes seeped into the veil of public light and could no longer hide. Many false idols saw their towers collapse beyond repair.

Yes, everything changes. Everything completes its cycle and closes. All that was hidden takes shape and comes to light, where it can no longer be concealed.

Everything changes, ends, and closes—and sometimes the only thing left is to learn, grow, and believe.

New eyes will always grow within you. Experience and the mark of pain will remain in you, but only you will know what to do with them. Will you become an agent of ruin, an incorruptible soul, someone who learned the lesson? Or will you live to embitter others’ lives, to complain pitifully, and feed endlessly on resentment?

Only you can make the quantum leap. Do something constructive with the sorrow and pain of the world. Break the bond that ties you to sadness and refuse to let it cut off what is good in you.

You are the rock, the pillar, and the head of your own universe, and when you rise from the shadows, the foundations tremble. No tragedy, envy, or evil can hold you back in a world of cruelty and horror.

Even if your eyes see the dark side of life, even if the water strikes you and the sea rises against you, even if you have no strength left to swim—you will stand firm on the rock if you know where you are going. Don’t give up in the face of the blows. I won’t tell you that what comes will be better. Everything depends on the lens through which you view it and how you shape your reality and perception. All good things are possible. You were not born to lose, because your world contains everything and is available for your highest good.

I know that inside you there is an authentic being wanting to be free, and that freedom will be what truly makes you happy.

I wish you a new year full of favorable changes. Strength to face challenges with maturity and understanding. I firmly believe in the infinite source of love and wisdom that dwells within you. I believe in the power of your smile to heal your broken spaces and to teach others how to smile.

May sorrow not overshadow the light you carry. May you start 2026 filled with fulfilled goals, broken chains, freed words, and painful pasts left behind on the path toward the exile of your old reality.

Sí, tú eres esa luz que habita los espacios infinitos, la que se filtra donde la oscuridad parecía eterna, la que llena de sentido todo lo que toca. Sí, tú y la sonrisa que nace del fondo, del calor que entregas sin medida, de tu mano extendida cuando el mundo tiembla y deja de girar. Tú eres el umbral entre el bien y el mal.

Nadie camina sobre tu sombra más que tú mismo/a. Nadie tiene el pulso capaz de mover el mundo y sacarlo de su centro, como tú.

Porque un corazón que elige el bien aquieta el caos, y cuando te alineas con tu verdad, la magia deja de ser promesa y se vuelve real.

You will never know how much life can shake you until the rug is pulled out from under your feet.

Falling always hurts. Seeing your whole world turn upside down, losing your center, witnessing your own tower collapse…

There are shadows that suddenly overwhelm us, nights that arrive without warning, and no light to let you see yourself again without fear. Then you will ask: why, and why now. But you will have no answer.

You will need the delayed embrace, the touch of a shrinking hand, the body that flees from your sorrow before you can hold it back.

After that, doors will begin to close, the people you loved will change shape, and your whole world will shed its skin. You will lose your smile and your desire. Your wings will collapse.

When that happens, you will be able to glimpse with new eyes. You will see the world without the white veil, you will see people and life as they really are. There will be no saints on your altar, no angels and no princes, only a hollow space where only you fit, only a nest to lay down your wound just before beginning again.

Not everything was “beautiful” as they said. Heroes die or fall from their thrones, and your illusion dies with them. Your perception of the dream transmutes into another reality.

You will realize where the lies were, where the light had been, the one you could not look at before.

When you learn to open your eyes, when tears are no longer part of your identity, for the first time you will see the world with new eyes and you will love from the truth.

Nunca sabrás hasta dónde te puede sacudir la vida, sino hasta que te quiten la alfombra bajo los pies. Caerse siempre duele: ver todo tu mundo girar al revés, perder el centro, presenciar tu propia torre caer… 

Hay sombras que de pronto abruman, noches que llegan sin aviso y ninguna luz que permita volver a mirarte sin temor. Entonces preguntarás: ¿por qué? ¿y ahora? Pero no tendrás respuesta alguna. 

Necesitarás el abrazo demorado, el roce de la mano encogida, el cuerpo que huye de tu pena sin que lo puedas detener. 

Después empezarán a cerrarse las puertas, mutará la gente a la que amabas y todo tu mundo cambiará de piel. Perderás la sonrisa y el deseo. Tus alas se desplomarán. 

Cuando eso pase, podrás atisbar con otros ojos: verás el mundo sin el velo blanco, verás a las personas y a la vida como en realidad son. No habrá santos en tu altar, ni ángeles ni príncipes, solo un hueco donde cabes tú mismo/a, solo un nido para reposar tu herida justo antes de volver a empezar. 

No todo era “bonito”, como dijeron. Los héroes fallecen o caen de sus sillas y tu ilusión muere con ellos. Tu percepción del sueño se transmuta en otra realidad. Te darás cuenta de dónde estaban las mentiras, dónde estaba la luz que antes no podías mirar. Cuando aprendas a abrir los ojos, cuando las lágrimas ya no sean parte de tu identidad, por primera vez verás el mundo con ojos nuevos y amarás desde la verdad.

Stopping is not the same as going backwards. Sometimes we need to clear our minds, reflect on the reasons behind things, and gently embrace the hidden lessons in every experience, no matter how hard they may seem.

An overwhelmed mind cannot think, and not thinking is a form of betraying yourself. You don’t always have to carry everything, and that’s okay. I understand. Give yourself the gift of pausing, to love yourself, to watch the rain fall outside the window, to accept that pain exists, that tears bring release, and that you don’t always have to be the “incredible” woman or man.

There is a time for silence, a time to recognize your humanity. A time to be vulnerable, and to find peace with yourself, even in the midst of tragedy.

It’s okay not to be brave all the time. It’s okay to feel alone. It’s okay to lower your head and your arms. The only thing that isn’t okay is building a home inside sadness. Embrace it, then let it go.

Because everything in life goes away. EVERYTHING. Even the rain.
